International Pizza Expo™ 2006 is a three-day exhibition featuring 1000 exhibits, more than 50 educational seminars and Pizza Festiva™ where The Pizza of the Year™ is awarded following demonstrations by category finalists. Other special events include Italian Chef Wars™ and the World Pizza Games™. Qualified attendees represent independent, chain, and franchise pizza operations.

Designed for pizzeria owners and operators, there's something for everyone at International Pizza Expo™ 2006. When the show closes on Thursday afternoon, you will have had the opportunity to visit nearly 1,000 exhibits and attend your choice of more than 60 educational sessions.

On Day One (March 14 ), we pay special tribute to the hardworking Independent operator. The day will begin with a keynote address from Jeff Sayers, Mark Negro and John Kinnaird, owners of Mangia Chicago Stuffed Pizza, Pizzza Today's 2005 Independent of the Year. The Pizza Festiva™ competition will be held and World Pizza Games™ Trials will begin.

Day Two (March 15) will begin with special recognition given to Distributors and a panel discussion featuring representatives from the top distributors in the country. Preliminaries for the Italian Chef Wars™ will be held and World Pizza Games™ Trials will conclude. You don't want to miss the climax of this special day when the World Pizza Games™ Finals become a rockin' party for attendees and exhibitors with food, drink, music, and fun.

Highlights of Day Three (March 16 ) include the finals of the Italian Chef Wars™ and the drawing for our first $20,000 MEGA BUCKS Giveaway.
