Corporate Summary:
Hull Company was formerly the FDC Division of Hull Corporation which was founded in 1952. The FDC Division, Hull Company, was acquired by SP Industries, Inc., in October, 1997. Since our founding in 1952 we have been dedicated to producing dependable top-quality equipment to meet the needs of targeted growth industries.
In 1957 we moved to our present location in Hatboro and erected our first manufacturing plant dedicated to the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of industrial equipment. Over our forty-plus years we have added manufacturing capacity and most importantly skilled employees who all share our dedication to quality and service.
