The quality is very good (Macedonian sun) and the prices are negotiable. Right now we are dealing with wild forest mushrooms, and in near future with apples.
Concerning the new kind of mushrooms (Lactarius Deliciosus) that we are offering, we have pictures of jars,ones with whole mushrooms and ones with cut into pieces.
We do the packing in the following way:
-netto mushrooms----------400 gr
-brine----------------------------250 gr
-jar-------------------------------350 gr
------------------------------------------------------
-brutto netto------------------1000gr
The price for this kind of packing is:
-whole mushrooms(max.50 mm diammetre)----------2.3euro/jar
-cut in pieces-----------------------------------------------------1.8euro/jar
(loaded in Macedonia).
The taste(spices) can be by your choice.We have capacity to do the canning(packing) of min.25000 jars weekly till the end of the season.In normal conditions, the season is till the end of decembre.
