To make sure that its products are prepared, processed and handled, at all times, in a hygienic and sanitary manner and to meet the highest standard in the production of processed foods, the company prepared and implemented a comprehensive Hazard Analysis Critical Control Program (HACCP) for its operations (from the growing of milkfish to its harvesting, deboning, packaging, storage and final delivery to customers).
