Thanks to our specific knowledge of the sector and proved experience, we have developed a programme of standard products which perfectly matches, in quality and range, with the most updated market's requirements. The main products we are dealing with are following:

- HANDICRAFT PASTA OF ORGANIC DURUM WHEAT AND BURNT WHEAT/SLOW DRYING PROCESS (typology: areselli, morette, gemelli arsi);
- HANDICRAFT PASTA OF ORGANIC SPELT/SLOW DRYING PROCESS (typology: signorine, feretti lucani, cavatellini);
- INDUSTRIAL PASTA OF ORGANIC SPELT/SLOW DRYING PROCESS;
- ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL;

All this products derive from raw materials cultivated in Apulia and Basilicata, coming from agricultural farms free of pesticides, herbicidals and chemical fertilizer and obtained through a productive process carefully controlled, in the respect of the environment and nature, in order to safeguard consumer's health.
Our production process perfectly complies with quality control procedures as Conalbi is already a qualified and certified by AIAB, the Italian Organic Farmers Association, which is associated to IFOAM (our production is conform to the requirements of EEC Reg. 2092/91).
