DescriptionWe are Polish wild mushrooms processing company. Jampol has been in the business of processing forest mushrooms for 16 years and during that time we have gained remarkable position in the industry. For ages dried forest mushrooms have been an aromatic component of various national dishes, which cannot be replaced by any cultivated substitute such as the Champignons. Wild mushrooms are very appreciated in many traditional cuisines around the world and often reserved for special occasions. Plenty of people adore Italian , French, German, Slavonic or Chinese dishes also because wild mushrooms are widely used to prepare them.

The world consumption of wild mushrooms is increasing constantly. In order to cope with the yearly demand and assure continuous delivery to customers, fresh mushrooms from short-term harvest season undergo various preservative and storage processes. Drying is one of the oldest and environmentally friendly ways of preserving their permanence, which simultaneously allows "closing in" of their flavour and taste. This is the kind of mushrooms we would like to offer you. There are many species of mushrooms but we mainly focus on the most known and prized ones. We offer: Porcini (Boletus edulis), Bay Boletus (Xerocomius badius), Birch Boletus (Leccinium scabrum), Yellow Chantarelle (Cantharellus cibarius), Slippery Jack (Suillus luteus).

Our mushrooms are packed in convinient packaging units (for retail trade and catering) produced by RPC Containers i.e. PET jars sealed with foil warranting full safety of the product. We export our dried mushrooms to the USA, Canada, Australia and Denmark.
